My flight included a crisp lager with a hint of tropical fruitiness and a bold ale that’ll knock your flip-flops off. They’ve got something for every beer lover. The flagship Tropical Lager stood out with its refreshing taste and subtle hints of tropical fruit.

But my favorite part of the experience was the food. Executive Chef Cindy Hutson’s culinary playfulness shines through, with Cuban and Caribbean-inspired eats that’ll have your taste buds dancing. Cuban Sandwich empanadas bursting with flavor and Fish Tacos with tasty cilantro crema were excellent starters. Curry jerk chicken wings with pink peppercorn ranch topped my list—just thinking about it makes my mouth water.
